Life happens - I totally get it. But, in order to keep things running smoothly I have a cancellation policy in place.
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. This gives me a chance to give your time slot to someone else wanting some pamper time.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a $25 Late Cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.
No Show appointments will be charged FULL PRICE of the service booked.
If the card on file declines, the balance will be added to the total of your next appointment.
Why do I charge? As a solo practitioner, no-shows and last-minute cancellations really affect my business. these policies help keep things fair for everyone, including the clients who are waiting for an open time slot.
Running Late? Things happen - I allow a 10 minute grace period before your appointment will need to be shortened or rescheduled. (Yes the late fee may apply)
